BACK TO TRNG!

after 2 wks for nt touching my floorball stick..
i'm kind of lost control,manii balls din received & drible well.

during todae pol-lite trng's warm up
basically 10mins non stop jogggging,
my back leg which is my leg calve suddenly feel kinda cramp!
luckily a while i dun feel the pain le.
but i think it gng growwww BIG! ;X
i dun wan.. LOL!

& throughout todae i get so exhausted easily!
Out of breathe and feel like puking.
NO IDEA YYYYY! haix.
i had no choice but to drink water during our trng break..
but secretly larh.
hahah
cos i feel so bad for drinking water infront of my fasting mates.

& i received my trng schedule todae.
