todae went to California gym with jing cos she was ask to go for an appointment cos gt someone wrote her no to the company.
at the same tym she can bring a fren dwn. so i'm the 'a fren'.lucky ?
haha..anyway we did wrote some our frens name in the form too..so see hu's the lucky one bah :P
alrite.. went der around 8plus
had gym consultant to brief us, do a mass body checkup for us and also tour around the gym..etc for 2hr plus.
was HUGE! and gt lots of workout .of cos u hav to pay the price for it!
erhh.. afterall..
the end we reali join the membership :X
seriously can't believe it.

so rite nw MOTIVATION is realli nided okay..
