afternoon mii, joyce, weimin went to far east plaza..
-mii and joyce went to meet our manager
-signed and stamped our timesht
-nite tym mailed our timesht to our agent office

late evening went to amk garden wif situ and started jogging.
woah! CHALLENGING!! slopes and hill...one round = 1200m. tis tym round was totally different from last wk at stadium. sweaty even more, exhausted even faster. ARHHH! mus improved!! we ran 2 rounds. 2400m=2.4KM! (:
after dat i went back looked for joy and wm and we had our dinner tgt.
kinda like waste of effort ): i ate
- fried rice plus
-we ordered BBQ chicken wing!!
next we still went central MAC..
i had a chocolate SUNDAE! xS
